At For All Intents Oils, each product is handcrafted with care. Due to the personal nature of skincare items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase:

• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll be happy to replace the item or offer a refund.

• Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to your original form of payment.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Because our products are small-batch and handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These variations do not affect product quality or performance and are not considered defects
